1. Who we are
Verre is part of the Upsunday family and is operated by Upsunday LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We are responsible for your data on Verre.
2. What this policy covers
Our website, marketplace, Access Pass, Verre Capture and the Verre MCP. Other services you connect, such as your AI tools, have their own policies.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Account data
Your email address, login details, plan, purchases and downloads.
3.2 Author data
If you sell on Verre, the products you upload and what we need to verify and pay you.
3.3 Links you capture
The site addresses you run through Verre Capture and the measurements that come back.
3.4 Usage and platform data
What you view, save and download, MCP requests, device and browser details, and logs we use to fix problems and stop abuse.
3.5 Communications
Messages you send us and your email preferences.
4. How we use your data
To run your account, deliver what you buy, pay authors, give support, keep Verre secure and improve it, and send service emails. We only send marketing email if you've signed up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
5. AI connections and training
When you connect an AI tool through the Verre MCP, that tool receives what you ask it to fetch. We don't use your personal data or your uploads to train AI models.
6. Storage and retention
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete or anonymise your data, except for records we have to keep, such as tax and payment records.
7. Data sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with the services that run Verre, such as Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, Resend for email and Stripe for payments, or where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account by emailing hello@verre.design. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, including complaining to your local regulator.
10. Children
Verre isn't for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit and limit who can access your data. No service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us if you notice anything wrong.
12. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies.
